The purpose of this site is to establish POINTS OF CONTACT and improve CONNECTIONS between countries, organizations, companies and people.

In reality, it's through connections that different organizations communicate. "Regular" channels may be used for "official" communication, but the life-blood of any successful organization (or person) is maintained by communication through personal contacts.

The Monbusho (Monbukagakusho) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME provides a perfect opportunity for people from a wide variety of backgrounds and talents to become "CONNECTED". But unfortunately this opportunity is often not fully realized.

Through this site, the potential of the Monbusho (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship Programme as a connection-building experience can be realized. Of course, we hope that this site will only be the starting point for the establishment of a stronger network of communication and connections between Monbusho (Monbukagakusho) SCHOLARS.
